dental surgery medications
How does hypertension affect dentistry?

I go to a dental assessment for the teeth of the university overcrowding. Every time I visit the dentist, they took my blood pressure and every time I read high. Therefore suggest that I see a doctor, which confirmed that my blood pressure was high. I was put on medication to reduce and gradually descending. But I'm worried about corrective dental (not only aesthetic, but I have a condition where bones of the jaw there is a slow erosion since I was young) surgery. How does hypertension affect my health in preparation for surgery?

Blood pressure is not in itself a major problem, but little can affect the surgery. It can cause some bleeding more than usual (Not that much blood anyway) due to pressure. Wishing on a visit may do the same. Take a mild sedative an hour before hand as Valium can help. All important thing I can think of that might affect the drug that has been turned on, check with the DDS to see if it is a problem. Also, ask your doctor for suggestions on how to treat a dental surgery with high blood pressure.
