My previous dentist (in a network HMO) overprepared (removed tooth structure as well) two of my molar crown. The crown does not stay stuck in because of that. I talked to a lawyer who said Dental negligence are more difficult to prove negligence. He said that the cost the trial would exceed the cost to get fixed. Are there non-profit benefit lawyers who can help me to sue if I can not pay legal fees? I want my dentist Previous to pay for my teeth determined by the specialist. I have to go through painful oral surgery (crown lengthening) for the crown to stay stuck. I suffer badly from the other Error dentist. Does anyone still experiencing a dentist and win?
