Dental Surgery Estimates

"I can leave new job?
I'm starting a new job next week and I found this week at the dentist I need my teeth trial, and more work (root canals 2) after my wisdom teeth removal. I need this work done soon as possible. I felt the work of all, I need approx. 4 days out of my new job (not once, in a few weeks) from about 3 weeks after starting work. I have an appointment for consultation, surgery, root canals, but surgery has not been completed yet. I had verbally accepted the offer of the company (before new on dental work as I just learned about this today) and I'm supposed to bring the signed written offer my first day at work. It is a resource department corporate human and will make my very first day of my orientation. How do I approach my new job? Should I talk to Human Resources before signing the bid written? Should I wait until after the orientation and talk to my new boss? Thanks!
I think the sooner you tell them the best. Want the truth from the beginning. A fair boss who understand this problem is bigger, you had no control. Show them the note by the dentist. If they do not understand, I do not want work for them! Do not worry. This is all the work for you. I'm sure.
