The system can be used SYNCON in an immediate loading protocol, provided that the following conditions:

A surgical guide I was sitting (Figure 4) and axial alignment for the first two osteotomies were determined using parallel meters (Figure 5).
Four ANKYLOS were placed in the mandible (Figure 6). ANKYLOS A11s (3.5/11 mm) were selected for posterior implants; ANKYLOS A14s (3.5/14 mm) for anterior implants. All implants were torqued to <30 n / Cm. 6 ° SYNCON pillars have been placed on the implants and the posterior pillars SYNCON 4 have been placed on the anterior implants. In parallel bolts are used to check the alignment (Figure 7).
After surgery to implant the prosthesis was placed below and charged immediately. gold caps were placed on the pillars and took it with cold curing acrylic (Fig. 8). David asked her to leave her teeth in place for 10 days and maintain a soft diet.
During his appointment of 48 hours postoperatively David discomfort reported very little and very satisfied with the stability of the prosthesis. Six weeks after surgery, the healing of David continued to grow with significant tissue response in the implant abutments (Figure 9). David said that the upper and lower teeth were very comfortable (Figure 10).
